KeyGlee
KeyGlee is a wholesale real estate franchise co-owned by Jamil Damji, founded in 2019 in Tempe, Arizona. According to a SharpSheets summary of its 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, KeyGlee claims more than 100 locations in 45+ metros. The same summary lists a $100,000 franchise fee, a total initial investment of $122,300 to $296,550 and a 9% royalty. Franchisees run actual wholesale offices, which makes this the most operator-heavy audience connected to Damji. The litigation section of the FDD (Item 3) was not reviewed in the research, so nothing here speaks to it. Anyone weighing a franchise should read the full current FDD directly.
Wealthy Investor
Wealthy Investor is Ryan Pineda's real estate education company, founded in 2018 according to The Juice. Ark7 reports three yearly tiers at about $8,000, $15,000 and $25,000 and says the program does not offer refunds. Ark7 also reports mixed Better Business Bureau reviews. Wealthy Investor sits inside a wider Pineda portfolio that includes Homerun Offer, TrueBooks, Pineda Capital, Wealthy Way and Pineda Company. In 2026 he also announced the Cashflow 2.0 System, Mastermind19, The Forge and Tentmakers. Other hosts have framed him as quitting wholesaling, but his own feed still publishes real estate how-to episodes in 2026, so the accurate description is that he is diversifying.
Whether you go with KeyGlee or Wealthy Investor, the program teaches the strategy. Running it as a business is what decides whether the strategy keeps paying: every lead in one pipeline, follow-up that never slips, and a weekly meeting that looks at real numbers. REI Boss is an operating system built for exactly that stage.
