AstroFlipping
AstroFlipping is Jamil Damji's wholesaling training program. Its prices are not published by the company; Real Estate Bees reports them from student testimonials at $5,800 for the Accelerator tier and $7,500 for Executive. The Executive tier is described as including two wholesaler websites, full CRM setup and workflow automation, and live calls. The CRM in that setup is not named in any public source in the research. The AstroFlipping Facebook community has more than 4,000 members. Separately, Ark7 reports that SubTo's Standard tier bundles AstroFlipping access, which ties the two communities together. Damji also co-owns the KeyGlee wholesale franchise and hosts the AstroFlipping Show.
Wealthy Investor
Wealthy Investor is Ryan Pineda's real estate education company, founded in 2018 according to The Juice. Ark7 reports three yearly tiers at about $8,000, $15,000 and $25,000 and says the program does not offer refunds. Ark7 also reports mixed Better Business Bureau reviews. Wealthy Investor sits inside a wider Pineda portfolio that includes Homerun Offer, TrueBooks, Pineda Capital, Wealthy Way and Pineda Company. In 2026 he also announced the Cashflow 2.0 System, Mastermind19, The Forge and Tentmakers. Other hosts have framed him as quitting wholesaling, but his own feed still publishes real estate how-to episodes in 2026, so the accurate description is that he is diversifying.
